About West HouseIn a tiny hamlet between Polruan and Polperro, this cottage has an enclosed garden and sweeping views.
West House from the outside is a traditional farmhouse, but opening the front door reveals an elegant, yet comfortable cottage. The open fire and formal dining room suggest time together warming up or re-fueling after a day exploring the coastline. Of course the roll top bath is also a good spot to unwind.
The enclosed garden is the perfect spot to enjoy alfresco dining, while soaking up the sea views.
Children will be able to let their imagination run riot at Lansallos Cove which is just a short walk. Once the haunt of smugglers and wreckers, this impressive cove can be reached by following a secretive lane. Further afield, Pencarrow Head is an ideal place to take in some of the area’s spectacular views. It’s cared for by our rangers and with your stay at West House, we can continue to maintain this special stretch of land for you and others to enjoy.

Heating: Night storage heating and convector heating included.
Parking: Parking is adjacent to the cottage in the driveway.
Garden: There is a flat enclosed garden with sea views. A brick built charcoal barbeque is provided in the garden.
Utilities: The washing machine and tumble dryer are a combined washer/dryer.
Logs/charcoal: Environmentally friendly briquettes can be purchased at the time of booking or whilst at the cottage.
Offers: Guests will benefit from a late Sunday checkout of 4pm at this cottage.
