Make traditional crafts at Fountains Abbey & Studley Royal 

Call into Swanley Grange for a wild stitch up and have a go at sewing. Learn some basic stitches including running and chain stitches . Who knows, you could be on your way to making your own clothes just like the monks at Fountains once did.

Have you ever wassailed an apple tree? Well, now's your chance. Decorate the apple trees with messages of good luck and sing them a song to encourage a good harvest. There's also nature inspired crafts and activities throughout the holidays

Borage the bunny has built a host of scarecrows to protect the garden’s seedlings from the birds. Can you help to keep them at bay? Go on the hunt to find his collection of nature loving scarecrows including a bee-keeper, fisherman and some gardeners.
