The Poldhu 10K with Freedom Running

Starting on the beach at Poldhu in West Cornwall, this annual 10K coastal run is organised by Freedom Racing and will be held on Thursday 12 July 2018. Join in on the after party at Poldhu Beach Café with pizza and hot chocolate. You can also follow the south west coast path from Poldhu to Gunwalloe and back any time of year, for a self-guided run.

Trelissick parkrun

Trelissick hosts parkrun, the free, timed 5K run, walk or jog, at 9am every Saturday. Catch glimpses of the Helford River, before completing a lap of Tregew Field (and it's steep, grass hill) before returning along the river. Look out for herons, buzzards and skylarks

Godolphin Trust10 runners

Godolphin Trust10

Take part in an informal way-marked multi-terrain trail run at Godolphin in West Cornwall, on the fourth Sunday of the month...any month. Choose between one lap or two of the 5K route, with views out to St Ives Bay and Mounts Bay from the top of Godolphin Hill.

Tin-K: 10K trail run on West Cornwall's Tin Coast

You'll need a map to make the most of this one through the Tin Coast's mining landscape, but it's definitely worth the extra navigational and multi-terrain challenge. With views across the Atlantic, try not to get lost in the beauty of it all
