Crazy for Cattle

In this udderly brilliant workshop, we'll teach you all about the different breeds of cattle and how to care for them.

  • Booking essential

This workshop is a special opportunity to spend time with a member of our knowledgeable farm team and learn about specialist animal care.

The session is suitable for everyone, including those who are looking to keep their own animals, aspiring farmers and of course, those who have a passion for animals. Our expert will go through the different breeds of cattle, general care and feeding of stock, looking after the calving cow and also care of a newborn calf.

All our cows at the farm are due to give birth around the time of this course, so there may even be a live demonstration! Adults and children (12 years and older) are welcome to attend – all children must be accompanied by at least one adult, who must also purchase a ticket. Times 10:00am - 12:00pm

Price £25 per person (Includes: Park Entry, Farm Entry and Workshop)

Please note that the workshop takes place at the farm which is extensively cobbled. All participants must be appropriately addressed for the outdoors.
