Orchids & Wildflowers - FULL

A gentle guided walk to identify some of Parke's beautiful wildflowers

Join volunteer Wildlife Warden, David, and a National Trust Officer to explore the peak of May's wildflowers, in particular the Southern Marsh Orchid which flourishes in our wet meadows.

The walk is aimed at adults but older children may enjoy it too

Once you have booked a place we will get in touch with full details and a meeting location.

What to bring and wear

As spring has reminded us, there is no way to predict the weather, but please come dressed for all conditions. Sturdy footwear are a must. You may like to bring some water or a snack.

Accessibility

We will wander a total of around 1.5 miles over uneven terrain. Unfortunately it may not be suitable for those with high accessibility needs but please do get in touch to discuss so that we can support you.

Other

There are toilets and a café at the start and end of the walk.
