Without gifts in wills, we simply wouldn’t be able to look after the extraordinary places in our care. This special event will take you behind the scenes to see first-hand how your support is helping us carry out crucial conservation work every day, and how a gift in your own will could help to safeguard the future of our special places.
Enjoy a guided tour of Mottistone led by our specialist team, and gain insight into future conservation projects on the Isle of Wight. A local solicitor of the National Free Wills Network will be explaining why an up to date will is so important and we’ll share information on the National Trust's free will writing service. Over light refreshments, you’ll have the opportunity to chat further to members of the team and learn more about why gifts in wills are so important to our work.

- Meeting point
At 10:45am we’ll meet as a group at the 'Long Room' located immediately through the entrance of the Manor on the left. You’ll be met by a member of the team.
- What to bring and wear
Flat, comfortable shoes are recommended. Please dress appropriately for the weather. The tour will be 45-60 minutes long. Guests are welcome to bring a portable walking seat.
- Accessibility
Mottistone has areas which may be uneven in places, including inclines and steps. There's a small drop off area directly in front of the Manor for those who require it. Please let us know when booking if you have accessibility requirements. - Other
Please arrive 15 minutes before the event start time for guest registration. Guests will have the option to explore Mottistone independently when the event concludes at 14:30pm.
