As the sun rises and the park comes alive, tune into the enchanting melodies of the dawn chorus and immerse yourself in nature.
Follow your early-morning walk with a well-earned breakfast bap in the café, cooked by Calke's chefs.
With the choice of a meat option, vegetarian option, or vegan breakfast bap – there's something for everyone to enjoy. A hot drink or a glass of juice is also included.

Children welcome but please note silence will be required at times.

By the front of the Ticket Office.
- What to bring and wear
We recommend sturdy footwear, lots of layers, and waterproofs if weather-appropriate for this early-morning walk.
- Accessibility
This is a leisurely three hour walk, covering mostly main paths; however, there may be areas of uneven terrain. Not suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs.
