Sales at Baddesley's Bookshop have raised a million pounds.
In a little over 15 years, the second-hand bookshop at Baddesley Clinton has raised £1,000,000 - every penny of which goes to maintaining this wonderful place.
The origins of the Baddesley bookshop go back more than 15 years, when an enthusiastic reader and regular visitor left his library of books to the National Trust here at Baddesley.
The Baddesley second-hand bookshop was born, and from there book donations began to arrive steadily. There’s a full range of books, fiction and non-fiction from science and history to cookbooks and gardening. There’s sure to be something for everyone’s taste and many of them are as good as new.
The bookshop is run entirely by a small group of devoted volunteers.
Our thanks goes to them all, and of course to those people who have donated many thousands of books over the years, not to mention our visitors who have come along, browsed and bought the books.

Baddesley's Book Fair
Every summer for the past few years, the Baddesley Book Fair has attracted hundreds of readers, and last year alone raised over £15,000.
This year's Fair runs from 19 July to 10 August, so why not come along and grab a bargain?
