Lindisfarne Castle

Important notice -

We're working hard to reopen many of our places where it is safe to do so. However, Lindisfarne Castle is closed but our shop in the village is open. If you're planning on visiting Holy Island, please read our article below.

A year of stories, discoveries and contradictions in a castle (that’s not a castle), on an island (that’s not an island).

Holy Island shop

There's a wide range of items in the shop in the village on Holy Island. Our back garden is also open, offering a range of plants and garden gifts, all of which can be bought in the knowledge that all sales benefit the long term conservation work we carry out at the Castle.
