Autumn flora and fungi

Views on the Skyline in autumn

Autumn out on the Skyline brings many changes. There's plenty to be seen, both close to the ground and up in the trees.

The wooded areas of the Skyline offer fantastic displays of colour. Beech is a particularly colourful autumn tree, and can be found across the Skyline. Views from Bathwick Hill particulary offer far reaching views across the city of Bath and its many shades of gold, brown and green.

Keep your eyes peeled for various different fungi across the Skyline. There are many to be spotted, from large bracket fungus to tiny ink caps.
