October half-term events

Autumn is a magical time under the golden beech trees of Claverton Down. It's the perfect place for some half-term fun in the woods.

The last Wild Wednesday of the year will be full of autumnal- and Hallowe'en-inspired activities. The Woodland Play Area is the setting, and is a great space for picnics, den building, exploring and searching for fairy doors.

" It's been fantastic! Even in the rain! Thanks SO much to everyone involved and for wonderfully thoughtful activities and help. Can't wait till next time!"
- A local mum

Wild Wednesday parking is kindly provided by Ralph Allen School (Claverton Down Road). From there our ranger team will direct you to the Woodland Play Area.

The Woodland Adventure Day provides an opportunity to explore the usually unseen Fairy Wood area of the Bath Skyline. This event, for children aged 5+, will offer a day of games, challenges, fire building and fire lighting, natural art, exploring and cooking on the fire.
