Design concepts on display at Clandon Park

As part of an International Design Competition, six architect-led teams have now produced concepts visualising their interpretation for the restoration, reimagining and rebuilding of Clandon Park.

Until the end of October 2017 these concepts will be displayed in a temporary structure on the lawn, in front of the grand house that has informed their vision.

A short film, a 1:100 scale model and a series of panels showcase how each team propose to restore and remake the house.

Share your thoughts on the design ideas with us during your visit, before a competition jury selects the winning team this autumn. We’ll then work closely with the winning team to produce the final design for Clandon Park, expected to be revealed in mid-2018.

Garden and display open 10am until 5pm, Wednesday to Sunday, adult £3, child £1.50, families £7. Should you wish to continue your journey inside the house you'll need to book a timed ticket when you arrive, adult £6, child £3, families £15. Entry is free of charge for National Trust members.
