Queries about booking a visit now we are reopening
If you want to book a visit to one of our places, the best way to do this is online.
If you don't have access to the internet or have a specific booking need, our call centre advisers will be happy to help. Please note that our advisers will need to book your tickets through the same online booking system so won't be able to provide a faster service. While we're working as quickly as possible there may be long wait times during busy periods, please bear with us.
Unfortunately, our call centre advisers won't be able to provide tickets to places that are fully booked. Every Friday we're release new tickets for the following week, and we're opening more places as quickly as we can, so it's worth checking back regularly to see what's available.
We're working hard to answer email queries but due to unusually high levels of enquiries it may take us up to seven days to respond to questions.
