We've introduced new safety measures including screens at our tills and collection points. Our indoor and outdoor seating areas are open, although our seating capacity is currently reduced. You are welcome though to take your drinks and snacks to our picnic area or with you whilst you stroll around the garden or estate.

Staying safe

Outdoor and indoor seating is now available at some of our cafés and food outlets. Where seating is available, we are legally required to participate in the NHS Test & Trace programme by asking those visitors over 16 who ‘eat in’ at our outlets to check in with the NHS COVID-19 app, scan their membership card or leave brief contact details. Details are not required for visitors who purchase items for take-away.

Our cafés and food outlets continue to prioritise the health and safety of staff, volunteers, suppliers and visitors. We continue to maintain social distancing measures, screens at our till and collection points, waymarked routes and will have hand sanitiser available, to ensure that everyone can enjoy their visit as safely as possible. In line with government guidance, you're required to wear a face covering in most enclosed spaces, unless exempt. Please bring one with you. We look forward to welcoming you back and know that you’ll support us to make this a safe experience for everyone.

Your support helps us to keep open, thank you.
