New Estuary range

Come and look at our new Estuary Collection
Estuary range in Coach House shop at Coughton Court, Warwicshire

The collection draws on the understated beauty of untamed and remote estuaries and coastline cared for by the National Trust. From offshore sandbanks, wild saltmarshes, to dynamic sand dunes, it’s a rich and varied landscape. A haven for flora and fauna, these thriving habitats offered us a vivid tapestry of colours and shapes to inspire the collection.

National Trust book

Cakes, Bakes and Biscuits is a treasury of modern and classic recipes from the National Trust that you can create in the comfort of your own home, on a lazy Sunday or with the kids.
Over 100 delicious recipes to treat you, your friends and family
Includes tips and tricks to help you achieve baking perfection, whether it’s a simple sponge or a delicious savoury bread.

" Working at the National Trust I’m surrounded by tempting cakes baked in our restaurant and I’m always eagerly awaiting the next season’s treats! But when the National Trust book of ‘Cakes, bakes and biscuits’ arrived at the shop I was instantly flicking through the pages for goodies that I could bake at home. This book is filled with scrumptious delights from regional favourites such as 18th-century Pepper Cake to lighter bites such as Gooseberry Fool Cake. There is even a section of recipes for little ones – great for keeping them occupied during the summer holidays. Nothing beats a freshly brewed cup of tea and a slice of homemade cake! With an abundance of blackberries in the hedgerow at the moment I’ll be baking blackberry teabread – it’s delicious!"

Local Produce

Bearley Vineyard is situated on a gently sloping site in the village of Bearley, near Stratford-upon-Avon. The  grape varieties used to make wines for the National Trust have all been developed in Germany for growing in cool weather climates such as ours. This means the grapes ripen fully, with high sugars and good balancing acids. We sell three different types.

The labels may have changed but the wine is just as good.
