Trust 10 trail run in Comer Woods

The Trust 10 run at Dudmaston is back! Take on the 10k challenge in Comer Woods, part of Dudmaston's wider estate. There's a different view to discover at each and every corner.
Trust 10 is a free, 10k running event held in Comer Woods on the Dudmaston Estate on the fourth Sunday of every month. The route is made up of two laps around the woodland, one 4km and one 6km. Whether you're an experienced trail runner looking for something new or a beginner just starting out, you'll find a suitable distance for you.

Friends and family are more than welcome to come along to offer their support. The Cafe in Comer Woods will be serving takeaway drinks, cakes and snacks - the perfect way to refuel after your run.

Trust 10 run in Comer Woods
Follow the bright pink Trust 10 waymarkers to complete this challenging 10km route through the woodland. Start from Comer Woods car park or by the barns in Heath Meadow. This route is made up of a 4km and a 6km lap, so you can choose how far and how fast you go.
The basics
There’s no need to book - simply show up on the day. Your registration point is at Heath Barn in Comer Woods. It's a just a few minutes walk from the car park. We advise you to arrive between 8:30 to 8:45am, in plenty of time for the run which starts at 9am.
Under 16's must be accompanied. Sorry, no under 14's.
Dogs on a short lead or canicross harness are welcome. Owners are responsible for controlling their dog and ensuring that there is no inconvenience to other runners. One dog per runner please.
What to bring and wear
If timing is important to you, bring your own device and monitor your time, every time you take part.
Please arrive dressed and ready for the event. Normal running shoes or trail shoes are suitable. No studs are required on your trail shoes.

The toilets will be open from 8.30am.
Accessibility
The route is mixed surface and uneven under foot in places. There are some steep gradients to tackle. Please be respectful of other walkers, runners and cyclists using the route.
Car parking
Parking in Comer Woods is free for National Trust members. A small charge applies to non-members. Please scan your membership card in the machine to receive your free ticket. Funds raised in the car park help us to pay for on-going conservation and access work in the woodland. Thanks for your support.
Car parking in Comer Woods is limited so please share lifts where possible. If you're feeling really energetic, challenge yourself to a 'Dudmaston Duo' - cycle to us, run 10k and cycle home again! There are a couple of bike racks near the registration point at Heath Barn.
Other
Dudmaston Hall and visitor facilities will be closed during this event, check here for opening times. Please do not park at Dudmaston Hall as there is no pedestrian access from here into the woodland.
