Family Fun at Dunwich Heath!

Spring fun children playing in meadow

There’s plenty of fun for all the family at Dunwich Heath with our ’50 Things to do before you’re 11 ¾’! Go wild and discover some fantastic spring nature with our walks, trails and family activities.

Our ’50 Things' activities are designed to encourage and inspire youngsters to explore the great outdoors, so pick up a ‘50 Things’ scrap book from our Visitor Information Centre and start collecting stickers for each ‘thing’ you complete!
Have a go at Geocaching or den building, or why not borrow a tracker pack and set off on a bug hunt? Explore Dunwich Heath by following our ‘Smugglers’ and ‘Discovery’ trails and see if you can solve the clues!
During school holidays you can join in with team led activities on weekends & Wednesdays 11am – 3pm. These include activities such as bug hunting, pond dipping, wild art and mud pie making. Trails, tracker packs and Geocaching are available daily during normal opening hours.
