The Dyffryn Clwyd Association is a small but friendly group of National Trust members, passionate about upholding the work of the Trust.

Membership comes mainly from the Ruthin, Denbigh and Mold areas, and we love to welcome new members. We organise a varied programme of events, with our lectures during the Winter months held at Llanrhaeadr Village School.

In summer, we arrange outings which often include visits to homes usually closed to the general public, or a private tour with an architectural historian or gardener to make it a special experience.

Forthcoming Dyffryn Clwyd Association events include:

  •     a Victorian Christmas evening
  •     a visit to Craflwyn
  •     the opportunity to see an unusual private garden

In the past few years, we've been able to fund conservation projects at Chirk Castle, Erddig and Plas yn Rhiw. In addition, donations have been made to Craflwyn and the Neptune Appeal.
