Boscastle shop and café
Conveniently located, only a short walk from the main harbour car park (not National Trust) and just a few metres from the coast path, you'll find shopping and refreshment available.
The National Trust shop, café and second-hand bookshop are open daily. Please check opening times for details.
The visitor centre and toilets remain closed. The nearest public conveniences are located next to the main visitor car park.
Only assistance dogs are allowed into the shop at this time. Card payment is preferred and face coverings are recommended in enclosed, crowded areas.
Every purchase made helps us to care for Boscastle for everyone, for ever. Thank you for your support.
Boscastle shop stocks a wide range of gifts and books. Visitors will find a large selection of maps, walking guides and other items you may find useful to help you explore the outdoors.
The shop also sells locally sourced jewellery and beach art including sea glass pictures. Cornish preserves, fudge and biscuits as well as ciders and beers are on sale too.
Visitors looking for children’s gifts will find everything from pocket money toys to games and books connecting children to nature, many based on the National Trust’s 50 things campaign. Den and bug kits as well as spotter guides are popular.
Plants are for sale from our courtyard between March and October; sourced locally and grown in peat free compost.
Our café is serving a range of hot and cold drinks, light snacks including pasties, sausage rolls and sandwiches as well as cakes and Cornish ice cream. There is a limited amount of indoor and outdoor seating available as well as a take away option.
From 19 July, our café will revert to pre-covid seating layout. We will continue to maintain high standards of cleanliness and till and collection points will be screened.
Hand sanitiser will be available should visitors wish to use it. Thank you for making this a safe experience for everyone.
We are now able to offer refills for reusable cups.
