Glenoe gets a new path and bridge

Glenoe Waterfall

One of our lesser known ‘hidden treasures’, Glenoe is a magnificent waterfall nestling in the glens of Antrim.

A short stroll from the charming village of Glenoe, follow the steps and paths to discover one of the most picturesque waterfalls in Northern Ireland tucked into the valley.

We’ve recently carried out vital works here to upgrade the path running from the carpark to the waterfall and replace the old timber bridge. Locally sourced stone and timber was used in the project and over time these materials with naturalise beautifully into the wooded glen setting.

The extensive £75,000 conservation project also included works to secure the rock face, ensuring this magical place can be safely enjoyed by visitors long into the future.

Now part of the official Causeway Coastal Driving Route, be sure to visit next time you are in the area.
