Watford and District Association

Watford and District Association was formed in 1981 and currently has more than 150 members from the Watford, Rickmansworth, Abbots and Kings Langley area.
Membership of the Watford and District Association is open to both members and non-members of the National Trust. Our objectives are to promote actively the work of the National Trust locally, raise funds in its support, and arrange a programme of events and activities to enrich members’ understanding of its work.
We usually arrange lecture evenings, social activities and also organise regular escorted coach outings to National Trust properties and other places of interest to make involvement with the National Trust more enjoyable and foster an appreciation of the purposes of the National Trust. By creating friendship between members we are jointly increasing the mutual enjoyment of Trust affairs and actively supporting the work of the Trust through voluntary service.
We welcome new members and the annual subscription from 1st March is £15 per person. Please contact the membership secretary on Tel 07769 656068 or email watfordnationaltrust@yahoo.com
Here is our programme of forthcoming events that we have planned for this year.
Meetings have resumed and are held at the Stanborough Centre, 609 St Albans Road, Garston, Watford, Hertfordshire WD25 9JL.
The meeting starts at 8pm and finishes at 10pm and visitors are welcome to attend and are charged £4.
