Big harvest celebrations at Greys Court

The fourteenth-century Great Tower from the Kitchen Garden at Greys Court, Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire

The garden team have been working tirelessly this year to keep the gardens looking amazing, and to make sure we have a great harvest from the kitchen garden. This year we're celebrating the gardeners' hard work and their harvest at Greys Court.

Displays in the house

Did you know Greys Court has been a working farm and estate for over 100 years? Find out more about the history of harvest-time at Greys Court with our new exhibition of stunning displays inside the house.

Short talks

Volunteers will be hosting talks about the gardens and estate at Greys Court, organic gardening and more, subject to availability. We also encourage you to get talking with the gardening team throughout October, they're more than happy to answer your questions and to talk to you about their work.

To find out when and where talks are taking place, ask at Visitor Reception.

Big harvest celebrations in the cowshed café

In the cowshed café we use produce grown in the kitchen garden as inspiration for our recipes and the tasty treats we sell. We also use a lot of the produce the gardeners grow in our cooking when available.
