A quaint gate lodge at the entrance to Agatha Christie’s much loved holiday home.
At the entrance to Greenway is The Lodge. This small, cosy holiday cottage boasts a private patio area as well as unprecedented access to the gardens of Agatha Christie’s beloved holiday home. Inside you’ll find a homely living room centred around a log burner and an elegantly designed bedroom with dark wooden floors.
You won’t have to go far to explore this beautiful area, the ferry linking Dittisham, Totnes and Dartmouth is just a short stroll from the cottage, and the walk there is spectacular.
As a guest of The Lodge you’ll benefit from free entry to nearby properties Coleton Fishacre, Compton Castle and Bradley Manor. Or if you had a walking adventure in mind, hop onto the South West Coast Path for hikes along Devon’s renowned English Riviera.

Heating: The cottage has air source heating. This cottage has a woodburner. We’ll lay the first fire for you and supply a few extra logs. More logs are available to purchase when making a booking. The current price will be shown on the payment page.
Parking: is available in the main car park, approximately 50 metres away.
Garden: There is a patio area.
Offers: Guests will benefit from a late Sunday checkout of 4pm at this cottage.
Offers: Guests have free access to Greenway house during opening hours and unlimited access to gardens during their stay. The garden is large and extensive with some steep banks, eventually leading down to the River Dart.
Greenway House will be open daily from the middle of February until the end of October, then weekends only in November until the end of December, weather permitting - dates and times are available on the property website.
