About Embers Camping Polesden Lacey
A family-friendly site in the Surrey Hills.Embers Camping is a self-contained campsite located on and partnered with the National Trust’s charming Polesden Lacey Estate.
Guests are welcome to explore the house and gardens, cafés and wider estate during opening hours. There’s over 1400 acres to explore via a myriad of trails through ancient woodland and open parkland. Or simply choose to relax at the campsite and enjoy the stunning views and star lit evenings whilst dining out on freshly made wood-fired pizzas by Embers.
The site itself is hugely popular with families who love the communal feel and the fire pits which come alive at night with cooking and stories.
There is a new, oak framed washroom with hot showers and a shop providing daily camping essentials on site. Embers have a strong focus on sustainability aiming to keep the campsite as natural as possible for guests to enjoy time and time again.

Due to the Coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19), we’re currently not taking holiday bookings for the period of Saturday 21 March to Tuesday 30 June 2020. However, although this campsite is in our care it is run independently so please check directly with them for their current opening policy.
