About Garden CottageYou’ll find gorgeous views over the Polesden Lacey estate and elegant interiors in this Regency-style villa.
Garden Cottage sits next to the rose gardens of the Polesden Lacey estate. The Regency-style villa was remodelled in the early 20th century and now plays host to a spacious three-bedroom holiday home with elegant décor. You’ll have uninterrupted views over the formal gardens and beyond to the rolling Surrey Hills.
It’s less than a two-minute walk to the main Edwardian house of the estate, where you’ll receive free entry as a guest of the cottage. The wider estate provides miles of waymarked trails through woodland and over rolling hills.
Beyond the estate, Box Hill is just a 15-minute drive away. Join a guided tour or download a trail and explore its woodlands, old fort and sweeping countryside views. Situated in between the South Downs National Park and London, Garden Cottage offers the perfect balance of city and countryside escapades.
