On the edge of Kedleston Park, this former estate office is now a great spot to explore the Peak District.Kedleston Park House is a 19th-century, brick built house situated in an idyllic position on the edge of Kedleston Park. It was originally built as the estate office and now plays host to a modern three-bedroom holiday home with colourful décor throughout.
Explore the park at Kedleston before any other visitors arrive. Enjoy a stroll around the estate and make the most of your location to discover Kedleston Hall. Lots of events take place here throughout the year, from craft workshops to outdoor theatre performances, so be sure to check them out before you leave.

Parking: at the side of the cottage there is space for three cars. There is access to Kedleston Park from the front garden.
Garden: A large garden area laid to lawn with views over parkland and a small seating area to the front of the cottage.
Please note: Owing to the presence of quick sand and lake conditions, guests are not permitted to enter, swim or boat in the nearby lake. This is strictly against park rules and in breach of health and safety regulations.
