About MohunA cottage just metres from a winding tidal creek, nestling among its densely-wooded banks.
Starting life as a farmhouse and later evolving into a quayside pub called The Ship, you’ll be part of Mohun’s electric history when you stay here. Adjoining Mohun is The Farm House and next door is Pont Creek Cottage.
It’s an enchanting place to stay with the calm estuary running past the cottage and the surrounding woods silencing any sound pollution. Step inside to find a cosy one-bedroom hideaway with an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. You’ll have your own small garden or there is plenty of space to sit out on the quayside.
From here you can follow footpaths along the creek to the pretty fishing village of Polruan or the sandy beach at Lantic Bay. You could even explore the area by kayak or canoe and paddle to bustling coastal town, Fowey. A little further along the coast, discover Lansallos Cove. Once the haunt of smugglers and wreckers, this impressive cove can be reached by following a secretive sunken lane.
