    Millstream is part of an old watermill conversion, with original exposed beams and an open-plan layout. This ground-floor apartment overlooks the mill pool and is close to Norfolk’s AONB coastline, making it ideal for a peaceful stay on the fringes of the East of England.

    The north Norfolk coast can be reached within a 20-minute walk from the apartment. Head to the tiny harbour town of Burnham Overy Staithe for its golden sands lined with fishing boats. From here you could walk to Holkham National Nature Reserve for some birdwatching and exploring the woodland, salt marshes and white sand dunes.

    For the nearest shops and restaurants head to the trendy village of Burnham Market, just a 20-minute walk from here. The larger seaport town of Kings Lynn, with its mix of high street stores, museums and theatres, is a 45-minute drive to the south west.
