About Overhaven
A spacious, rural cottage with lots of original features and views to the Stepper Point lighthouse.Overhaven is a characterful rural cottage boasting many original features including slate floors and low wooden beams. For larger groups, Overhaven can be opened up on the ground floor with The Old Farmhouse.
Enjoy an alfresco breakfast in the cottage’s small walled terrace with views over to the lighthouse at Stepper Point. The beach at Pentireglaze is just a 10 minute stroll away.
For a more energetic afternoon, jump on your bike and cycle the Camel Trail from Wadebridge to Padstow, one of Cornwall’s culinary hotspots. Or drive five minutes to surfing beach, Polzeath and find your feet on its gentle waves. Also not to be missed is the higgledy-piggledy lanes of Port Isaac, just a 15 minute drive to the east.

Hall, kitchen/dining room featuring traditional low beams, utility room, lavatory. Large sitting room with open fire, slate floor and door to terrace and garden.

Three bedrooms (one double with 5' bed, two doubles with 6' beds which can also be twins on request), bathroom with mixer tap attachment, shower room with lavatory.
Notes for guests

Garden: French door from sitting room to terrace and archway from terrace into lawned front garden which is open across both cottages.
Parking: Parking opposite the cottage.
Heating: Overhaven is heated by an air source heat pump system in conjunction with radiators. This system has been installed as part of our renewable energy programme. More information will be in your booking confirmation and the Welcome Folder at Overhaven.
Fire: The fire or wood burning stove will be laid with sufficient logs for the first evening.
Fire supplies: Fire making kits can be purchased at time of booking or whilst at the cottage.
The Fire making kits cost £20.00 and contain kindling, firelighters and Ash logs, enough for two evening fires.
Offers: Guests will benefit from a late Sunday checkout of 4pm.
Free entry to Tintagel Old Post Office on production of booking details subject to seasonal opening hours.
Local suppliers: Discount offered to National Trust guests at Cornish Rock Tors and Outdoor Adventures. These outdoor activity providers offer kayaking, surfing, coasteering and much more.
