One of the best cottages to stay for scenic walks with the north Cornwall coast in sight.
If you had envisions of a chocolate-box cottage stay with far-reaching sea views, then Pentireglaze West Cottage may just be what you’re looking for. This Victorian stone building sits high on a hill providing unrivalled views of the coast, which you’ll be able to enjoy from your own enclosed garden.
It’s full of charm inside too, with its flagstone floors, open fire and bright bedrooms. From here, you’ll be able to stroll 10 minutes down the bridleway to the beach at Pentireglaze Haven, which links with Polzeath surf beach at low tide.
In the cottage’s welcome rucksack, you’ll find lots of walking trails that will help you make the most of North Cornwall’s beautiful landscapes. Hike through carpets of wildflower along the headlands, keeping your eyes peeled for grey seals and peregrine falcons that grace this stretch of coastline.
Porch, sitting room with open fire, kitchen/dining room with slate floor, bathroom with shower over bath.
Three bedrooms (1 double with 5' bed, 2 singles).
A large, sloping garden to the front and side of the cottage. The garden is lawned and has outdoor dining furniture and a built in barbecue in a sheltered spot.
