A carefully restored cottage with traditional interiors and an enclosed garden on the Felbrigg Hall estate.
Pretty Sexton’s Lodge sits at the former exit gateway of Felbrigg Hall. Built in the neo-Jacobean style in 1864 for the owner of the main hall, John Ketton, the three-bedroom property has been carefully restored with traditional interiors. Away from the crowds of the estate and surrounded by an enclosed garden, it’s ideal for a peaceful family getaway close to the North Norfolk Heritage Coast.
The sweeping parklands, woodlands and lake of the estate are on your doorstep. There are lots of waymarked trails for you to follow, as well as a walled garden to explore. As a guest you’re invited to discover the elegant country house of the estate, Felbrigg Hall, free of charge.
Beyond the estate walls, North Norfolk’s heritage coast can be reached within a 10-minute drive. Head to Cromer for its sandy beach, 500 ft pier and links to the Norfolk Coast path. For a slightly wilder coastal scene, drive 30 minutes to Blakeney National Nature Reserve, where you’ll discover its unspoilt sand dunes, marshes and rare wildlife.
Rear porch houses washing machine and tumble dryer. Kitchen, dining room, sitting room, lavatory, hall with stairs leading to bedrooms.
Small landing, three bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin, and 1 single), bathroom with shower over bath.

Please note, this cottage has an under-counter fridge and a small table-top freezer.
