About Tintinhull House

This is an elegant 17th-century house, built from local Ham Hill stone that overlooks a lovely, formal garden. You can imagine yourselves as the lord and lady of the manor looking over the garden, which you're welcome to wander through when the house is closed. Part of the house has been used to create a four bedroom holiday home, which retains many of its original features, such as leaded windows. The kitchen is dominated by a huge Aga and an open fire is the centrepiece of the sitting room. There are three major National Trust places close by and free entry to explore the rest of the house when it is open is included.
