About Carmarthenshire tour

A variety of tasks all around Carmarthenshire.

This is a holiday where any task is possible - from fitting new gates on the footpath network to path and step repair, gardening, or cutting back gorse on coastal paths and cliffs. There are also opportunities to get busy tree planting, fencing and painting, or you could even spend a day at the seaside litter picking (perhaps even with an ice-cream!).  And if that’s not enough, then a side order of rhododendron bashing is also on the list. As they say, variety truly is the spice of life, and when you join this working holiday, you’ll not only discover more about the county, but also its countryside and coast.
If you’re open to having a go at any task, then this is the holiday for you. Although what you’ll be doing will be a mystery until you arrive, you’ll always be working in glorious settings, with opportunities to spot wildlife and take in the gorgeous views wherever you are and whatever you’re doing.
