About Gardens of Chartwell
Spend the week among the lakes and gardens of the former home of Sir Winston Churchill.Come along and spend the week among the lakes and gardens of the former home of Sir Winston Churchill. You will enjoy fabulous views of this amazing property and help the gardeners to deliver a project in the kitchen or formal grounds. We need energetic individuals who will enjoy the outdoors at this ever-popular site.
About the accommodation
Nestled in a secluded valley deep within the Kent Downs, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and close to a Grade II listed oast house and former piggery. The bunkhouse is a converted farm building which has two bunk-bedded dormitories. There is storage for clothes under the bottom bunks. There are separate male and female toilets, and the building is centrally heated. The old courtyard provides the garden area which is grassed and has a fire site with barbecue and two picnic benches.
