About Wandering the waysHelp us keep over 12 1/2 miles of footpaths open across farmland, woodland and coast.
Help us show off the beauty of Colby by helping us to keep the 12 1/2 miles of footpaths across the estate clear and open to visitors. You’ll work alongside our staff and volunteers clearing encroaching branches and scrub to open up the estate to visitors. There will be a wide range of other estate and garden tasks available to keep things varied and interesting.
About the accommodation
Little Craig-y-Borion Farm sits at the heart of the 900-acre Colby Estate. The farmhouse dates back at least 200 years and is an old stone and lime-mortar building restored and refurbished in 2015. Heated by wood burners and solar panels with a newly replanted orchard and kitchen garden in the making, it sits in a beautiful location far from the road and surrounded by woodland and meadows. There is a large network of woodland paths right on the doorstep and the beach at Amroth is a 30-minute walk away through lovely woodland.
Notes for guests
