The Easter holidays are a great time to get outdoors and discover nature. As well as a weekend of Cadbury Easter Egg Hunts, there's lots more activities to enjoy over the two week period in Suffolk.

Bug hunting

Dunwich Heath 

If your little ones like bug hunting, pond dipping and geocaching, then head to Dunwich Heath during the Easter holidays. If you come on a Wednesday or at weekends, you'll be able to join in with our ranger led activities too.

Reenactment group the 95th rifles


At Ickworth you can enjoy a variety of Easter activities this year. Our popular Easter crafts return, we'll be running our Cadbury's Easter Egg Hunt from 24 March to 6 April, then our spring trail launches. We’ll also be welcoming back the 95th rifles for the Battle of Waterloo! Huzzah!

For the Easter holidays, we'll be running a nature trail for the entire two weeks this year, with the Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt taking place over the Easter weekend. So, bring the family and spend the day exploring Flatford.
