  • 200g broken chocolate brownies
  • 25ml cream or milk

To finish

  • 100g chocolate, dark, milk or white

Method

Creating the truffles

Wet your hands with warm water before rolling the bites to help prevent them sticking to your hands. Use a fork to dip the bites into the chocolate.

Step 1

For the truffle bites

Place the broken brownies into a food processor until they are reduced to crumbs.

Step 2

Add the double cream or milk and pulse a few times to bring together into a dough.

Step 3

Roll into 10 balls, approximately 10g each, and place on a tray in the fridge overnight.

Step 4

Melt your chosen chocolate and dip the chilled bites into it. Place on a tray and leave in the fridge to set before serving.

Step 5

To finish

If you fancy, you could decorate your truffles using different types of chocolate, nuts, or cocoa powder.
