St David's High Street
If you’re looking for a little retail therapy, St David’s is a treasure trove for shopping.
The High Street itself is home to the National Trust Visitor Centre and Shop, along with a colourful collection of boutiques, independent stores and galleries. Take a walk around the UK’s smallest city and see what gifts and goodies you can find.
There’s also a seasonal local market to browse, which runs every Thursday on the Cross Square between March and October, and indoors at City Hall from November.
Once you’ve shopped until you’ve dropped, you can always stop and soak up the sights and sounds from one of the many cafés and restaurants that adorn the streets. Alternatively, you could make a short walk to St David’s Cathedral and learn more about Wales’ patron saint.
You can find out more about the local retailers in the area on the St David’s Peninsula Tourist Association website.
