Parking is free for visitors. Owing to the space available, the car park is not suitable for caravans, motor homes or other substantial vehicles. There is alternative parking in a cul-de-sac 90 meters from the entrance heading towards Bristol on the B3130.

Toilet facilities available.
Mobility parking, 40 yards. Free car park is on a grass slope. Toilets. Assistance dogs welcome. Many steep steps and slopes to terraces; narrow and loose gravel paths, some cobbles. No accessible route to terraces. No wheelchair accessible toilet.

- Clevedon Court is 3 miles away from Yatton Station. From the station, you can walk 4 minutes to catch the X11 from Market Inn. Alternatively, Nailsea and Backwell station is 4 miles away. You can get the X7 from Nailsea and Backwell Station. For both options, alight at Castlewood which is a 20 minute walk from Clevedon Court.
- By bus
- Bus number X6 (Bristol ⇄ Clevedon) stops at the main entrance to Clevedon Court, and runs every 30 minutes, 7 days a week. Alternatively, you can catch the X7 (Bristol ⇄ Clevedon Dial Hill) and alight at Castlewood which is a 20 minute walk from Clevedon Court

- National Cycle Network Route 33, Bristol-Seaton, runs to Clevedon centre, close to Clevedon Court.
- By road
- on Bristol road (B3130), signposted from M5 exit 20Parking: free, 50 yards. Unsuitable for trailer caravans or motor caravans. Alternative parking 100 yards east of entrance in cul-de-sac
- On foot
- Clevedon Court is roughly a 30 minute walk from Clevedon Town Centre, via the Clevedon Skyline Walk.
About Clevedon Court
A 14th-century manor house nestled between Bristol and the North Somerset coast with rich literary connections to Tennyson and Thackeray.
The property boasts an 18th-century terraced garden, described by Gertrude Jekyll as ‘one of the noblest ranges of terraced walls in England’. It rises up the sheltering hillside behind the house and is protected from the wind, making it a peaceful paradise to pause and recharge.
Clevedon Court was built in 1320 by the de Clyvedon family and was purchased by Abraham Elton in 1709. It was passed to the National Trust by the Elton family in 1961. It contains some unique collections, including Eltonware, the studio pottery made on the premises by the 8th Elton baronet, a roomful of Nailsea glass bought by the wife of the 9th baronet, and a group of industrial prints collected by the 10th baronet.
