Christmas through the ages at Dyrham Park
Step back in time this festive season with a journey through Christmases past from Tudor times to the 21st century at Dyrham Park.
- Booking not needed
- Free event (admission applies)
With sparkling trees, a giant wreath, a children's trail, choirs in the church, wreath-making workshops and house rooms decorated for Christmas in different eras, there's something for everyone to make a festive outing to remember. New for this year will be a tiptoe into the 21st century with a 1999/2000 new millennium room, and a mini trail around the garden for adults. A wassail will take place on Sat 3 Jan to bless the 2026 harvest, with a mummers' play on Sun 4 Jan. Don't forget to pop into the shop for Christmas decorations, cards, presents and food, or stop in the tea-room or café for some festive refreshments.
