Christmas unwrapped at Dyrham Park
Discover a festive escape at Dyrham Park this winter with a seasonal celebration inspired by the stories and objects in the historic house.
- Booking not needed
- Free event (admission applies)
Decorated showrooms will reimagine collection highlights through creative festive displays, from crafted paper flowers inspired by still life paintings to blue-and-white decorations influenced by Dyrham's Delftware. With sparkling trees, big red bows, a giant wreath, a children's trail, choirs in the church, and craft workshops, there's something for everyone to make a festive outing to remember. A poetry trail will run around the garden highlighting seasonal delights. A wassail will take place on Sat 2 Jan to bless the 2026 harvest. Don't forget to pop into the shop for Christmas decorations, cards, presents and food, or stop in the tea-room or café for some festive refreshments.
