October half-term bug trail at Dyrham Park
Get out in the great outdoors this October half term for an insect-themed trail around the 270 acres of parkland. Price: £2.50 per trail which includes a prize (normal admissions apply). Booking not required.

Find out about creepy crawlies this autumn in a fun family trail. The trail will take you through the parkland to eight trail stations with fun facts about how scientists used microscopes to look at and draw insects close up back in the 17th century. There will be bug-based games and a photo opportunity with a giant insect. Collect your prize, an autumn-themed wooden decoration, at the end of the trail.

An expert volunteer guide will lead you around the 270 acres of parkland to learn more about the site's history, archaeology, management and significance. At 10.30am and 1.30pm on selected days.
Village walk
Join a tour guide to discover Dyrham village in the summer of 1704. Learn about how the village was connected to the estate and interesting facts about the villagers at that time. Please be aware that this walk has a limited number of places....
Hidden water walk
Join a guide for a special tour to find out about the natural springs and hidden water chambers in the hillside to the mysterious underground well and stone structure by the lake to track the 'curious water works' of Dyrham Park.
