Gong sound healing bath

Discover the profound impact of sound on your mental and physical well-being in the unique setting of the Palladian Bridge at Prior Park.

  • Booking essential

The enchanting tones and vibrations of gongs and other instruments work harmoniously to bring focus to the mind, soothe the nervous system, and rejuvenate the body.

All are invited – whether you're a seasoned meditator or someone intrigued to explore a gong bath for the first time. The beauty of gong bath meditation lies in its accessibility; no prior experience is needed. (Please refer to the note below for situations where gong baths may not be suitable).

The session will end with a hot drink at the Tea Cabin (included in ticket price).

They are also not recommended for women in the first trimester of pregnancy due to the unstable nature of pregnancy during that time. They’re not recommended for anyone suffering acute or serious mental health problems. If you wear a hearing aid, your device should be turned off during the session. If you have any concerns, please speak with your doctor in advance. Your gong practitioner: This event will be facilitated by Katy Smith, a graduate of the Gong Practitioner training course with the esteemed College of Sound Healing. In addition to her proficiency in sound healing, Katy holds qualifications as a Life Coach and Forest Therapy Practitioner. Please note that in the event of wet weather the event may need to be cancelled, as moisture damages the gongs. In this instance tickets would be refunded/an alternative date offered.
