Experience a magical, festive encounter this winter as Father Christmas comes to stay at Anglesey Abbey. This charming group Santa experience invites families into a world of seasonal wonder and storytelling. Join Peppermint the Elf on a magical mini adventure and step inside the richly decorated Lower Gallery of the house. Father Christmas will share a heartwarming festive story, and children will receive a gift and have the opportunity to take photos together at the end.

Join this exclusive event for a chance to experience the magic of Christmas in one of Anglesey Abbey's most beautiful rooms. With limited spaces available, families are encouraged to book early to secure their place.

This group storytelling experience is recommended for children aged 3+. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Due to space in the Lower Gallery, only one adult per child is admitted (one adult included in the ticket price), and this is a group activity.

Please contact us if you have any access requirements, we’d love to help ensure your family has the best possible experience.

Please note normal admission to Anglesey Abbey applies and is not included in this ticket. The house is a 10-15 minute walk from the visitor centre; please allow plenty of time to get there. Late entry cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of the event.

Please show you booking confirmation on arrival, and make your way to the house courtyard.

What to bring and wear

This event is indoors, there will be an area to store pushchairs and large items of clothing. You will be waiting outside for your session to start. Please dress for the weather.

Accessibility

Please get in touch if you have any access requirements, we'd love to work with you to ensure you and your family are able to have the best possible experience. Some of this expereince will take place outside on bark chipped paths and grassy surfaces. Only working assistance dogs are allowed at Anglesey Abbey and in the house. Please note that the visitor centre is a 15 minute walk to the house, please aim to arrive 15 minutes before your timed slot. Pre-booked tickets only. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Assistance dogs only. Babes in arms are welcome without a ticket, but will not recieve a gift from Father Christmas. There will be an area to store buggies and large bags, close to the event.
