Easter Egg Hunt at Houghton Mill
Treat the family to an Easter adventure at Houghton Mill this spring. Follow the trail both inside and outside the Mill.

Explore the Easter trail and find nature-inspired activities for the whole family. The trail takes place from 3rd to 6th April, with trail start times between 10.30am and 3.30pm, so come along and discover the historic Mill and the beautiful riverside setting. Prices are £3.50 per trail which includes an Easter trail sheet, bunny ears and dairy or vegan and Free From* chocolate egg.
*Suitable for people with milk, egg, gluten, peanut and tree nut allergies.
As this property is small, pre-booking is essential for this trail.
Ticket types:
Easter Trail - You only need this ticket for those who want to do the trail and claim a prize. Price includes bunny ears, a trail map and a dairy or vegan and Free From chocolate egg at the end.
New members who have joined at another property with the Easter membership offer can join us for a free trail this Easter. Please select the “Trail with New Member voucher”. Remember to bring your voucher and your new membership to show to staff to get your free Easter adventures trail.
Other accompanying members of your group will need to scan NT cards for free admission, or pay for admission on arrival. These admission tickets are for visitors with pre-booked participants on the Easter Trail, but not themselves participating and will not include the bunny ears, trail map or chocolate egg prizes.

Meet at the Mill reception desk for the start of your trail. Please arrive for the start time of your booking
- What to bring and wear
Please dress appropriately for the weather - some of the Trail is outdoors, and the inside of the Mill can be cold!
- Accessibility
Mobility parking and accessible toilets available. Accessible routes are available around the site. However the trail passes through the Mill itself, where there are stairs, uneven flooring and low beams. Please contact us on houghtonmill@nationaltrust.org.uk if you have and questions about access.
