Easter adventures at Hare Hill
Join us at Hare Hill this spring and have an Easter adventure in nature. Our Easter trail runs Wed - Sun and Easter Monday, from Saturday 28 March - Sunday 12 April, 10.30am - 4pm and booking is not required.

Get outdoors and get closer to nature with 10 different activities, and discover more about what wildlife gets up to over the spring months. Hop like a hare or leap like a lamb over to our Welcome Building to pick up a trail pack for £3.50 and get your day out started. Complete the 10 activities to claim your chocolate prize. Choose from either a dairy or a vegan and Free From chocolate egg - both are made from Rainforest Alliance certified cocoa.
*Easter trail runs Weds - Sun over the school holidays and we are open additionally on Easter Monday 6 April).*
Times
The basics
- Meeting point
Please head to the Welcome Building in the main car park. £3.50 per trail pack - cash or card payments accepted. Gates are locked promptly at 5pm.
- What to bring and wear
Please be prepared for all weathers and wear sturdy footwear for exploring the gardens and parkland. Picnics are very welcome but please take all rubbish home with you.
- Accessibility
Some uneven ground with steps in places. Step-free route around garden with level paths. Manual wheelchair and powered mobility Tramper vehicle available to borrow.
- Other
Booking not required for the Easter trail. Normal admission charges apply and NT members are free when presenting their cards to be scanned. Easter trail is £3.50 per trail pack for non-members and members. Pencil not needed. Use the trail sheet to help you find the 10 activity points around the gardens. Your support directly helps with the conservation and maintenance of Hare Hill - thank you.
