Daily Hydro Tours

Enjoy a behind the scenes look at how the hydro turns the power of the River Bollin in to electricity

This tour will give you an overview of the history of waterpower, from the first wheel installed in 1784 to the present-day Kaplan turbine today. Visiting the Hydro house and the water gallery.

The tour will last between 30-45 minutes.

Tickets available from the Mill entrance. Meet there for the tour to begin at 2pm daily.

Admission charges apply. This is a free event. Tickets cannot be pre-booked.
