Mini Mindfulness

A mindfulness experience for families that includes a sensory walk in nature.

  • Booking essential

An engaging session for 3-6 year olds, based in Diary Wood; an often unexplored area of the parkland. This session would be ideal for the quieter child with our friendly and approachable guides leading you on a sensory walk. Within the session, we will focus on sensory stimulus, whist collecting natural resources, with the goal of encouraging mindful actions and observations, respect for the environment and teamwork. All children must be accompanied by at least 1 adult, and everyone must purchase a ticket. Your participation will be recognised with a certificate issued at the end of the session. Parkland vehicle entry included.
