Join Tatton's Housekeeping team to find out what life was like for people living in Victorian times.

Assist the servants with some of their important daily jobs, before touring the Mansion to uncover what life was like for the wealthy family who lived there. This event is recommended for families with children aged 7-11 years old. All children must be accompanied by at least 1 adult, and everyone must purchase a ticket. Your participation will be recognised with a certificate issued at the end of the session.

The basics

Suitability

Suitable for children aged 7-11 years old.

Meeting point

Please park at the main car park, then follow signs the Stableyard. It is then a short walk to the Mansion, where you will be met by your guide.

What to bring and wear

Children must wear strong footwear for negotiating several flights of stairs.

Accessibility

Please be aware there are stairs to the upper floors in the mansion, and no working lift. For queries about access please contact Tatton Park directly.
