3D Needle Felting Workshop: Make a Spring Brooch

Celebrate the arrival of spring with our charming 3D Needle Felted Spring Brooch Workshop.

  • Booking essential

Create a beautifully detailed, wearable brooch inspired by springtime blooms, woodland creatures, or fresh seasonal colours — a perfect way to welcome the new season. Led by fibre artist Vicky Pulman of Needlessly Felted, this workshop is ideal for beginners and experienced makers alike. You’ll learn how to sculpt wool into delicate 3D forms using needle felting techniques, creating a small but detailed artwork you can proudly wear. Guided step-by-step, you’ll discover how to shape, refine, and embellish your design with texture and character.

What's Included? - A curated selection of soft felting wools in fresh spring colours - All tools needed, including felting needles, mats, and brooch backs - Expert tuition on shaping 3D forms and adding fine detail - Entry to Tatton Park, allowing time to enjoy the grounds - A completed 3D brooch to take home and wear

Why Attend? This workshop offers a gentle, creative escape — perfect for embracing the season and trying something new. The small-scale nature of brooch making allows for expressive detail without pressure, and you’ll leave with a unique handmade accessory full of personality. It’s a lovely way to spend a spring afternoon at Tatton Park.
